It is an honor to be part of such a landmark occasion, one that has been 25 years in the making (and counting). Every artist who has lent their talent to this amazing achievement should be both humbled and proud of the work of Maestro DeRenzi and Sarasota Opera Company. I couldn’t think of any better place for a young singer to learn the true power of Verdi and his operas. And I’ll never forget being a part of Otello (Winter 2012), Rigoletto (Fall 2012), and Un giorno di regno (Winter 2013).
